Kylie dethrones Kim as richest KarJenner

New mum Kylie Jenner has been declared the richest sibling in the Kardashian family.

She is worth £278 million.

She is boosted by her beauty empire popular known as Lip Kit.

Kylie, the youngest sister in the family, is predicted to be a billionaire by 2022, in US money.

Sister Kim is second richest with an £127m fortune, and brother Rob is at the bottom with £5.7 million.

The reality star recently announced the arrival of her baby girl – who she called Stormi – after a secretive and rumour filled pregnancy.

The Kylie lip kits have become renowned for selling out in a matter of seconds.

Some of the liquid lipsticks have appeared on eBay for hundreds of pounds – and up to ten times the asking price.

Speaking to Love magazine, Kylie said: “I think truly, I put a lot of hard work into this. It’s not like I am doing this to make money. I don’t even think about that part.”

Money Nation has estimated that her merchandise has brought in over £16million, which she would get a sizeable cut from.

Kylie’s fortune has been cemented by her impressive property empire.

In 2015, she reportedly cashed in £2.7million from her “starter home,” before moving into a luxury Tuscan-style Calabasas mansion.

Then, the five bedroom pad – complete with six-and-a-half bathrooms – was listed for nearly £1million more than the youngest member of the Kardashian clan originally paid.

Last October, Trulia reported that the reality TV mogul had put down money for her fourth property, scooping a £12 million Hidden Hills home in California.

It was estimated that Kylie earns around £4,000 for each episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

She also has income through brand sponsorship on social media, phones apps and games, her Topshop fashion line and modelling work.

THE KARDASHIAN RICH LIST

Kylie Jenner – $386 million (£278m)

Kim Kardashian – $175 million (£126m)

Khloe Kardashian – $40 million (£29m)

Kourtney Kardashian – $35 million (£26m)

Kendall Jenner – $18 million (£13m)

Rob Kardashian – $8 million (£5.7m)
