Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, Chairman, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) will deliver The Realnews Magazine lecture, scheduled to hold on Thursday, November 15, 2018.
The lecture entitled, “Political Transitions and Africa’s Economic Development, will take place at the Sheraton Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos, by 10a.m.

The Lecture will be chaired by Dr. Haroun Adamu, former chairman of the Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF), to be followed by a panel of discussants that will leverage on the topic to speak on Africa’s maturing democratic and economic culture.
A statement by the organizers named the panelists as Dr. Charles Okeke, Dean, School of Education, College of Southern Nevada, Las Vegas, USA; Professor Adebayo Olukoshi, Director, Africa and West Regional Programme and Liaison Office of the African Union, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia; and Simbi Wabote, Executive Secretary, Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board, Bayelsa, Nigeria.
