A member of the Taraba State House of Assembly, Hosea Ibi who was kidnapped on Saturday, December 30, 2017 by some gunmen has been found dead.
His lifeless body was found on Monday.
The Taraba State Police Command confirmed the death of the legislator who represented Takum I Federal Constituency.

According to spokesman of the police command, David Misal, the body was found on Kashim Dira Road, Takum local government area of the state Monday afternoon.
The police spokesman said they were already making efforts to arrest those responsible for his death.
It would be recalled that the legislator was abducted at his mother’s residence in Takum where he had gone to spend the New Year break.
The gunmen were reported to have beaten everybody around and seized the handset before taking the legislator away.
