Gunmen on Thursday kidnapped the former Vice Chancellor of African University in Bayelsa State Professor Valentine Aleto.
According to Channels Television, he was abducted along Elegbeka/Ipele Road in Ose Local Government Area of Ondo State.
The former VC also said to be travelling from Yenagoa in his personal vehicle along the road around 6:45 a.m. on Thursday, when he was abducted.
It was gathered that the abductors have demanded N20 million as ransom.
