Nigerian reality TV star, Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha has finally admitted to undergoing cosmetic surgery.
While answering questions from her fans on Twitter, the former Big Brother Naija housemate confirmed this.

Tacha simply responded with a “Yes.”
