Nigerian celebrity artiste, Davido, has received over N50 million in cash in hours just after asking his loyal friends to send him money.

He said in an Instagram video, “We rise by lifting others abi? Me I don dey rise dey lifting others for the past 100 years.”

“So I want to know who my friends are. All of my friends one one million Naira. They said we are 30BG. If you don’t send your own. You out of here. You are gone (sic).”

He also took to his Twitter page on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, where he asked his loyal fans to send him money if he has given them a hit song.

“If u know I’ve given you a hit song .. send me money …. una know una selves oo,” he tweeted.

To show his seriousness, he shared his account details on his social media platforms.

About an hour from tweeting, the music star revealed that he has received about N26 million from fans.

He shared screenshots of his account details to show the amount of money sent.

Entertainers like Mr. Eazi, Teni the Entertainer, Peruzzi and Adekunle Gold were amongst those who credited his accounts.

Billionaire socialite, E-money also credited the singer’s account.
