President Muhammadu Buhari and the Senate President, Ahmed Lawan are meeting behind closed doors at the Villa.
Lawan arrived the forecourt of the State House around 3.50pm.
The agenda for the meeting is not known though the meeting was still ongoing as at the time of filing this report.
The Senate which is on vacation till September, on Tuesday concluded the screening of the 43 ministerial nominees forwarded to it by President Muhammadu Buhari
The screening and confirmation exercise for the 43 nominees ended in the Senate on Tuesday, clearing all the nominees.
The meeting with the President was still in progress at the time of filing this report.
