Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has forgiven the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar.
He pledged to support his presidential ambition, declaring that Atiku had shown remorse over his sins.
Obasanjo who made this known on Thursday when Atiku visited him in Abeokuta said he had what it took to be the president of Nigeria.
