President Muhammadu Buhari has briefed the US President, Donald Trump on his government’s efforts at fighting the ravaging Coronavirus pandemic.
Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed made this known on Tuesday at the daily briefing of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 in Abuja.

Speaking also at the briefing, the Director-General, Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) Dr. Chikwe Ihekweazu, said the centre was targeting to test 3 million people in the next three months.
He said the two leaders spoke on phone at the behest of the American President.
According to Mohammed, President Trump assured of his support for Nigeria in this trying time with a promise that America will send ventilators to help Nigeria in fighting the pandemic.
