A 45 years old man, Lucien Tosume, has been arrested by the Police for possessing a human skull.

He is suspected to be a ritualist.

According to the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Olarinde Famous-Cole, Tosume was arrested on June 4 2017 at Iraye Village, Sagamu local government area of Ogun State.

The man who is suspected to specialise in the sale of human skull fell into police trap when some policemen approached him pretending to be buyers.

After some haggling, according to the police, Tosume agreed to sell a human skull to them for N81,000.00.

He had earlier given the price as N150,000. 00.

He was immediately arrested after he was paid.

The suspect was said to have confessed to selling a fresh skull for as much as N1 million.

Meanwhile, investigations were still going on as to how and where he gets the skulls for sale.

Famous-Cole said Tosume would be transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti for further investigation.

He warned members of the public generally to keep an eye on their children and ward to avoid falling victims of criminals.
