Dr. Marcelli Chinagorom Oguh, the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) aspirant for Ahiazu/Ezinihitte Mbaise federal constituency seat in the House of Representatives, has perfected plans to resume tour of all the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) electoral wards in the area.
It was gathered on Wednesday that Oguh’s latest tour was aimed at interfacing with stakeholders there, especially the APGA ward executives and party members.
Oguh, who also confirmed the tour, disclosed his readiness and determination to meet with the party leaders and members ahead of the coming primaries.
Oguh said: “My tour to all the INEC wards in Ahiazu/Ezinihitte Mbaise will afford me the opportunity to chart a new course with our party members in order to make APGA stronger and more united in Mbaise nation as a whole.
“Very soon, the party will conduct the primaries. All the aspirants are in the field consulting with the stakeholders, who will be delegates to vote during he primaries.
“Thus, it is usual for serious aspirants to go round and meet the stakeholders, the party leaders at all levels, who will be the delegates to elect the candidate during the primaries. I believe that I am on the right path in what I am doing.”

He assured the people of his constituency of his resolve and determination to ensure that APGA would be a party to beat during the 2019 general election, even as he called for more unity among the members if the All Progressives Congress (APC) must be routed from the state.
According to him, “I can assure you that our great party, APGA, is poised to take over power in 2019. I will do my utmost best to support all gatherings and rallies of APGA in Ahiazu/Ezinihitte Mbaise federal constituency to ensure that we emerge victorious.”
He maintained that if given the opportunity to occupy the constituency seat, he would not turn his back against the people of the area.
