A Federal High Court in Abuja has granted former National Security Adviser, NSA, Sambo Dasuki, bail to the tune of N100 million with two sureties in like sum.
Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu granted the bail on Monday, directing the Department of State Security, DSS, to release him immediately.
She said the sureties should either be civil servants of grade-level 16 or private citizens with landed properties within Abuja.

The two sureties would have to deposit affidavit of means of their landed properties while the international passport of Dasuki will remain with the court.
Dasuki has been in detention since his arrest in 2015 despite having been granted bail on different occasions.
He is being held over alleged money laundering and threat to national security.
