“He will be in the UK until Monday next week,” he said.

He however did not state the reason for the president’s visit to London.

Buhari left Nigeria for the United Nations General Assembly in New York, on Sunday.

He was scheduled to stop over in London on his way back, but no reason was given for the visit.

It would also be recalled that Buhari spent over 100 days in London recently while on medical vacation.

He returned to Nigeria on August 19 and has since commenced work.
