Former governor of Ekiti state, Ayodele Fayose has been released from the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
He walked free a few minutes ago after meeting his bail conditions, according to his media aide, Lere Olayinka.
He said: “He left the Federal High Court, Ikoyi a few minutes ago. We will meet @officialEFCC at the court from November 19.″

Justice Mojisola Olatiregun of the Federal High Court, Lagos had on Wednesday, October 24, granted Fayose N50 million bail and ordered him to deposit his passport with the court as part of his bail conditions.
She had equally ordered that he be remanded in EFCC custody pending when he would meet his bail conditions which also included providing a surety who must have landed property in Lagos and three years tax clearance in Lagos.
Fayose was arraigned on an 11-count charge bordering fraud and financial scam.
