President Muhammadu Buhari has been presented his WAEC Certificate.
It was handed over to him on Friday at the State House by Dr. Iyi Uwadiae, the Registrar of the West African Examination Council, WAEC.

The President’s official photographer, Bayo Omoboriowo, posted the picture on his Instagram page with the caption; ‘President Buhari receives attestation and confirmation of result from West African Examination Council, Registrar in the State House on 2nd Nov. 2018.’
